AAACESA started operations in 1994 at time when there was a high demand for services from bonded warehouses. Since then, AAACESA’s vision was to become the leading company in customs services in Mexico. AAACESA offers the largest volume in cold rooms, cutting-edge technology, security and traceability of goods as well as the largest preliminary recognition area in order to release cargo faster and effectively, which sets our company apart.
AAACESA has a Distribution Center just 3 km away and also a General Warehouse next to the Customs Office of the Mexico City International Airport (Francisco Sarabia Street).
The company has a special areas for export which includes spaces dedicated to buildup and breakdown during the flight organization so as to guarantee the integrity of the air freight, which includes areas for the flight setup and maneuvering yards, guaranteeing cargo security.
AAACESA as a Ground Handling Agent (GHA). offers services to airlines such as managing import and export with the corresponding authorities, working in conjunction on activities both operational and administrative inherent to the service.

To support the airlines, AAACESA offers the service of management for import and export with the corresponding customs authorities in addition to other ground handling services.
To guarantee the safety of the cargo, there are: Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) machine, X-rays for export cargo, high security areas and security provided by two independent outsourced companies.

Undertake in the cold chain sector was a decision made 28 years ago by AAACESA.
The company expanded its facilities to include nine cold rooms with a total capacity of 9,000 m3 at Mexico City´s cargo terminal.
AAACESA was the first bonded warehouse in Mexico to obtain the CEIV Pharma certification for the correct handling of pharmaceutical products under world class standards.

AAACESA was granted by COFEPRIS with a Health License to handle vaccines and biological products. Furthermore recognized as a reliable bonded warehouse to store medicines and other medical supplies.
Regarding the handling of pharmaceutical products, the company stands out in terms of medicines safety.
AAACESA’s cold rooms are qualified and certified by external suppliers and this enables to offer a quality service for the safe storage of pharmaceuticals for both human and veterinary use.
